It is not limited to exactly 30-ton machines; suitable 30-ton-plus equipment can also use this model after fitment confirmation. It provides a durable polyurethane contact layer for operation on pavement, concrete, yards, and prepared surfaces while helping reduce surface marking, traveling noise, vibration, and impact transmitted through the undercarriage.
This 600mm 30 Ton+ model is intended for compatible machines rated 30 tons and above. It is the correct choice for 30-ton-plus machines when the standard 600mm pad is not suitable. Before placing an order, please confirm your steel track width, track link count, and whether your steel track shoes can accept bolt-on track pads. Why VectorMax
Made from high-performance polyurethane for repeated use on asphalt, concrete, paving, and other demanding jobsite surfaces. The material is designed to resist abrasion, cutting, and deformation while helping protect the surface beneath the machine.
Polyurethane helps absorb impact between the steel track shoe and the ground. This can reduce vibration and operating noise, improve machine movement on hard surfaces, and limit shock transferred through the undercarriage.
Each pad combines a polyurethane body with a reinforced steel mounting structure. Bolt-on and clip-on configurations are available for different track shoes, and fitment can be checked against machine model, track width, and mounting measurements.
VectorMax supplies individual replacement pads, complete machine sets, mixed-size orders, and repeat dealer or fleet requirements. Standard widths range from 230mm to 800mm, with order and delivery details confirmed before dispatch.
