Shipping Policy
VectorMax Track Pads ships heavy-duty polyurethane track pads for construction equipment. Please review the shipping information below before placing an order.
Shipping area
- We currently ship to the mainland United States only.
- For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or other countries/regions, please contact us before placing an order so we can review whether shipping can be arranged.
Order processing time
- Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- If additional order verification, address confirmation, or freight confirmation is needed, processing may take longer.
Estimated transit time
- Estimated shipping time is usually 35-45 days.
- Transit times are estimates and may be affected by port schedules, customs, freight capacity, weather, remote delivery areas, or carrier delays.
Shipping cost
- Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight, delivery area, and shipping method.
- Final shipping charges are shown at checkout when available.
- Some remote or special delivery addresses may require additional shipping charges. If this applies, we will contact you before fulfillment.
Heavy item and freight notice
- Track pads are heavy industrial parts and may ship in multiple boxes, on pallets, or by LTL freight.
- Freight shipments may require a valid business or deliverable street address and may require unloading arrangements.
- Additional fees may apply for limited-access locations, remote areas, address corrections, re-delivery, liftgate service, or special delivery requirements.
Addresses we cannot ship to
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- We do not ship to military addresses.
- Some remote or hard-to-service locations may not be deliverable. If your address is affected, we will contact you.
Order tracking
- Tracking information will be provided after the order ships.
- After shipment, customers can view order tracking from the account login page on our website when tracking is available.
Shipping damage
- If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Please keep all packaging and send photos of the packaging, product, shipping label, and damaged area.
- Packaging damage alone is not eligible for return if the product is not affected and can be used normally.
