Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with VectorMax Track Pads. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. Our products are heavy-duty construction equipment parts, so return eligibility depends on product condition, packaging, installation status, and the reason for the return.

Return window and approval

  • Please contact us by email before sending any product back. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • After we receive your return request, we will reply within 48 hours.
  • The return address will be provided after your return request is reviewed and approved.

Eligible returns

  • Unopened products may be eligible for return.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • If the return is caused by the customer, including ordering the wrong size, wrong model, wrong mounting type, or changing their mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee will be charged for customer-responsibility returns. The exact amount will be confirmed when the return is approved and deducted from the refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Products that have been opened, installed, used, worn, modified, damaged by improper handling, or damaged by incorrect installation are not eligible for return unless the issue was caused by VectorMax Track Pads.
  • Packaging damage alone is not a reason for return if the product itself is not damaged and can be used normally.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number, clear photos of the packaging, product, shipping label, and the affected area.
  • If the packaging is damaged but the product is not affected and can be used normally, the order is not eligible for return based only on packaging damage.
  • If the product is damaged in a way that affects use, please contact us and we will review the issue.

Installation and fitment responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for confirming that the track pad size, machine compatibility, and mounting style are correct before ordering.
  • If the customer purchased the wrong track pad or the product does not fit because of incorrect model selection, incorrect measurements, or machine compatibility issues, the customer is responsible.
  • If the customer purchased the correct product and it cannot be installed due to our product issue, VectorMax Track Pads will take responsibility after review.
  • Problems caused by improper use, incorrect installation, incorrect machine fitment, or unsuitable operating conditions are the customer's responsibility.

Return shipping

  • Customer reason, including wrong item ordered: customer pays return shipping.
  • VectorMax Track Pads error, including wrong item shipped or confirmed product quality issue: we are responsible for return shipping or another reasonable resolution.

Refund processing

  • After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the approved refund within 48 hours.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
  • Original shipping fees and restocking fees may be deducted unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product quality issue.
