1 year or 1,000 hour warranty

All VectorMax products are covered by a limited warranty for 1 year or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. This warranty applies to eligible manufacturing defects after fitment, installation, operating conditions, and product use have been reviewed.

Fitment must be confirmed

Track pads must match the machine, track shoe width, mounting configuration, and intended use. Installation should be completed with suitable hardware and correct tightening procedures.

Warranty assessment

If a product issue occurs, provide the order number, machine details, installation date, operating hours, clear photos, and a description of the working conditions. Claims are assessed individually.

What is not normally covered

Incorrect fitment, improper installation, loose hardware, impact damage, misuse, abnormal chemical exposure, modification, and normal wear are not normally considered manufacturing defects.
