The VectorMax 450mm (approx. 18 in) Bolt-On Polyurethane Track Pad is designed for excavators and other steel-tracked equipment operating on pavement, concrete, yards, and prepared surfaces. It provides a durable contact layer between the steel track and the ground while helping reduce surface marking, travelling noise, vibration, and impact transmitted through the undercarriage.
Dimensions and mounting-hole arrangements can vary between machine models. Bolt-on installation requires steel tracks with pre-drilled mounting holes. Before shipment, VectorMax will confirm your machine make, model, steel track width, mounting-hole layout, delivery address, and required quantity.
Factory-direct supply is available for customers, contractors, service shops, rental fleets, and dealers in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Remote areas, special delivery addresses, or urgent freight may require confirmation before dispatch.

Made from high-performance polyurethane for repeated use on asphalt, concrete, paving, and other demanding jobsite surfaces. The material is designed to resist abrasion, cutting, and deformation while helping protect the surface beneath the machine.
Polyurethane helps absorb impact between the steel track shoe and the ground. This can reduce vibration and operating noise, improve machine movement on hard surfaces, and limit shock transferred through the undercarriage.
Each pad combines a polyurethane body with a reinforced steel mounting structure. Bolt-on and clip-on configurations are available for different track shoes, with fitment checked against machine model, track width, and mounting measurements before shipment.
VectorMax supplies individual replacement pads, complete machine sets, mixed-size orders, and repeat dealer or fleet requirements. Standard widths range from 230mm to 800mm, with order and delivery details confirmed before dispatch.
